General

Firstly, welcome to the page, it's great that you are asking these questions. Even if you are not an introvert, it's ok. You still have 2 introverted parts in you - we all have 2 introverted and 2 extroverted parts in us. If you are not sure what your predominant personality orientation is, please take this test at Personality Hacker, which will help you shed light on your personality type. If you turn out to be an extrovert, please keep reading, there's still much we can do for you. If you are an introvert then skip straight to point 3.

If you turned out to be an extrovert, it's great news. Why? Because you still have 2 introverted parts of you, and those introverted parts of you are as important as the extroverted parts of you. If you, as an extrovert, begin to strengthen the introverted parts of you, you add new tools in your shed of personal development and interpersonal interaction, AND, you will begin to feel more at ease and less stressed in your day to day life. Developing the introverted parts of you will give you balance in everything you want to do and achieve in your life.

We are different in a way of our approach to personal development. If you look at our "About Us" section, you will see that we will not be spamming you with constant reminders to buy a product. Instead, like our name Introvert Success Initiative suggests, our work is based on the thought that introverts who want to be successful will naturally take initiative in their own training and when they are ready to do so, we will be here to help in any way we can. The teachers we endorse are not rah rah teachers, they are real people who have created real results for themselves and for others around them. We are all about value and real results. The difference between the rah rah people and us is that we thrive on your transformation and your change. If you don't change (provided that you have put in the effort you need to), the we have not done a good job. This is why we have a client care department which can respond to your specific queries about the most suitable program for you, AND we have a "Master Class" option to most of our courses to ensure your growth through live mentoring and accountability.

A Master Class option is a variation of the course you want to purchase with live training with either the creator of the course or one of their qualified facilitators. The Master Classes are usually a group mentoring session run online, and the duration and pricing vary according to the program itself. For more information, check out the "Master Class Option" on the course that you are interested in.

We operate on the intent that the material is accessible to whoever is ready to really take it on. If you are unable to pay for the whole course upfront but can afford a portion of the course right now, we are open to a payment plan proposal. Simply send an email to [email protected] and outline the following details:


  • a) The course you are interested in.
  • b) The amount that you have to invest right now.
  • c) The frequency of your payment amounts: weekly or monthly.
  • d) The amount you are able to pay weekly or monthly.

When we receive your payment plan request, we will take a couple of working days to go through it and respond.

Our clients are generally happy with our courses. Refunds are rare and in fact, once people become acquainted with our way of working, it is not unusual that our clients continue working with us. If you are at a crossroads as to what to do next, simply email us at [email protected] with a subject line: "What next?" and we will organize one of our client care representatives to do a complimentary 15-minute consultation with you to determine the most suitable next steps for you.

For many of our clients, 1-2-1 coaching and mentoring is the right next step. Again, you can email [email protected] with a subject line "1-2-1 coaching inquiry", and one of our client care representative will give you a complimentary 15-minute consultation to determine the right coach/mentor for you to work with going forward. All our teachers do a standard suitability call with the possible clients for any 1-2-1 work. This is to protect the client's interest in terms of their financial commitment and investment of time. The suitability call will determine the suitability of the coach/mentor, as well as their approach with the client.

Becoming a teacher / Adding my courses

ISI teaching platform is currently by invitation only. We will be opening ISI up for a variety of teachers in the future. Purchases & Refunds

  • Visit the Courses Area of the website
  • Select the course you wish to purchase
  • Click on "buy now"
  • You will now be asked to log into the website. If you are already a member of the the Introvert Success Initiative use your log in details to log into the site. If you are not select "set up an account", set up a free account using the "not a member yet? - register now" link, register and log in
  • Fill in your credit card and other purchase details
  • Click Pay Now

Visit the Courses Area of the website. Click on the course which you have just purchased. Click on curriculum. You will now see that the curriculum is unlocked and your course is ready for download. Enjoy.

Your course will remain unlocked forever. When you revisit the site and log in, you can visit the unlocked curriculum area to continue your course.

We use Dropbox as the method of course material delivery because many clients already have a Dropbox account. Many clients want to store their course information and other material straight to their cloud server on their Dropbox.

For those who want to store their material on their hard drive, there is a direct download link.

Once you have purchased a course it remains open in your account forever, and you can revisit the site at any time, log in and continue to enjoy your course

In short, they are Credit/Debit card and bank transfer.


For card payments, we have a secure payment processor called Stripe, which is wonderful for ease of use and fast processing. Sometimes, your bank blocks the transaction because they are not familiar with us as a service provider. If you get a declined response for your intended transaction, simply contact your bank and tell them that you would like to permit this transaction and any future transactions with the same company. This may feel like a pain in the bum, but your bank is only looking after your interests and is trying to protect you from any fraudulent actions.


If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, you will be liable for all transfer costs. In the case of bank transfer, make sure to forward an email or a screen shot of your transaction to [email protected], and we will process your course access at our first oppotunity. If we do not receive a confirmation email/screen shot from you, we will have to wait until your deposit hit our account.


Overall, card payments are easier and allow a faster access to the material for you.

Sometimes your payment is not being processed. This is usually due to one of 2 main issues:

  • You don't have sufficient funds in your account. Resolution: check account and top up your account with sufficient funds.
  • Your bank is noticing an overseas transaction and is blocking it as a matter of account security. Resolution: contact your bank and ask them to allow future payments to Introvert Success Initiative. This is usually a 10-minute phone call, but some banks allow you to make these kinds of changes online as well. Please check in with your bank about their working parameters.

If you find that the course you purchased is not the right one for you, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with a subject line: "Request for a course review". What will happen is that we will make time to speak with you about what was not right for you about the course and see if there's something that we can do to remedy your concerns there and then. If you simply would like a refund, and you are within the 30 day money back guarantee window, you can use a subject line: "Refund, please". Make sure to add your course title and date of purchase in your email body for fast processing. Because of our results oriented approach in the work that we do, our first preference is to speak with you and find out what was not right and then try to make it right for you.
